The All-on-4 denture system, also referred to as a "fixed denture" is an implant supported denture that provides a more natural and permanent experience than traditional dentures.
By using four implant screws to secure a special type of denture -- this treatment eliminates traditional flaws of standard dentures like slipping out of place, affecting speech patterns, or experiencing the difficulties of eaing hard and chewy foods.

What Happens At My Consultation?
To start your implant journey, our doctors need to be properly introduced to your case. For a limited time we are offering FREE consultations to meet with the doctor and have her guide you through your potential treatment from the steps to finances.
Dr. Patel & Dr. Jones will ultimately need a proper exam to diagnose any major barriers that may prevent you from experiencing a smooth implant process. This can include making sure your bone is strong enough to support the implant, bringing attention to any active gum disease, checking if you grind your teeth, and more.
After our exam we'll discuss all your financial options and the expected timeline of your treatment to keep payments as reasonable as possible. If implants are not an option , we can still provide treatment to replace your teeth without them -- right now we are offering FREE consultations for implants, but only for a limited time!

What is our Implant Procedure?
THE THREE PRIMARY COMPONENTS OF AN IMPLANT INCLUDE THE IMPLANT, ABUTMENT & CROWN
Step 1 (Initial Evaluation) Our dentist will first do a comprehensive exam to determine both the health of your jawbone and the best implant procedure. This evaluation includes x-rays, impressions, and matching teeth color.
Step 2 (Implant Insertion) Implants will be inserted into your jawbone or directly under the gum-line depending on the vitality of your jaw. Implants need jawbone strong enough to allow functional chewing, so if your jaw needs more bone to support the implant, a Bone Graft may be performed at an additional cost.
Step 3 (Abutment Placement) Once the jaw has healed from the implant insertion in step two, we will place an abutment which is the connector between the screw in your jaw and the crown that will be placed on top. This step should not cause discomfort or pain.
Step 4 (Adding the Crown) Once your implant is finally secure in your jawbone the healing process has been completed and our doctors will develop an artificial tooth to finalize the implant.

She graduated with her Bachelor's of Dental Surgery in 1994 and is a certified General Dentist & Implantologist.
Kamini is dedicated to connecting with her patients and creates the space to express questions or concerns before moving forward. With over 20 years of experience practicing between California & Pennsylvania, she's excelled in implant supported tooth restorations of all kinds!
Dr. Briana Jones, DDS.

After completing her undergraduate studies at Howard University, Dr. Briana Jones earned her Dental Degree in 2019 and has been practicing in the greater Philadelphia area for the past 5 years.
With her innate interest in science and technology (and cars!!), Dr. Jones is a natural at understanding the intricacies of every procedure at our disposal to optimize your healthy smile!
